Anthony A. King, Attorney at Law (Tony) is a Director and Shareholder for Minor & Brown PC. He is one of the top transaction attorneys in the Rocky Mountain Region offering expertise to business owners in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions; Growth and Tax Planning; Exit and Succession Planning; and Private Equity and Finance. Tony joined the firm in 1993 and became an owner and Director in 1999.

His memberships and Board positions are numerous. He is particularly proud of the success of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Colorado Ethics Business Alliance (CEBA). He was a key member of the team in the development of the strategy and planning process for growth of the BBB. He served as Chairman of the Board and was instrumental in the development and success of the Torch Awards. Tony also served as Chairman for the BBB Education Foundation and was instrumental in the successful purchase of the building the BBB now calls home. He has developed programs for educational outreach to small, large, and minority owned businesses. Tony is one of the leaders of the Ethics in Business Awards Program and sits on the judges panel. Tony’s ability to develop winning habits that instill successful behavior within him and others, always with a focus on ethics and honesty in business and practicing law have produced solid relationships with clients, peers, and community leaders.
