Barbara Galaro
Barbara Galaro brings over fifteen years of teaching, coaching, business development, and marketing experience to The CS Team. Her colleagues and former students would tell you she has heart, is a great listener, and is direct and precise with her recommendations. Barbara is a hard-working, conscientious, and enthusiastic team player who brings a lot of energy and passion to her work. Barbara upholds high standards in regard to ethics and integrity.
Barbara can relate to people whose career path has had to change. She was an accomplished goldsmith/ metal artist until a hand injury suddenly changed her life. Through her ability to adopt new skills, knowledge, and a different approach, she was able to move her career in a new direction. Unfortunately, Barbara was led down the wrong path only to wake up years later and realize that she wasn’t happy with her second career choice. She, therefore, recognizes the importance of the proper guidance and process to move careers in the right direction. Now she uses her past to assist her clients in looking inward to avoid making the wrong career choice.
